An Corporation Inc. is pleased to announce the release of "Mikata Ruby Anko Cookie Sand," a collaborative product with Mutter, a specialty store for sweets and delicatessen in Kobe, on Friday, November 7, 2025.
This product uses Mikata Dainagon Azuki (Mikata Ruby), a rare native variety from Hyogo Prefecture that has been passed down since the Edo period.
It is a gently flavored sweet with anko cream, rich in umami, sandwiched between soft white sorghum cookies.
Furthermore, as it does not contain eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts, or gelatin, it can be enjoyed safely by a wide range of people.
